Qiang Shan joined the People’s Bank of China (PBoC) in 1984, is now the Party Secretary of National Internet Finance Association of China (NIFA). He was Deputy Party Secretary and Deputy Director of Business Management Department of PBoC, Deputy Director of SAFE Beijing Administrative Office, Party Secretary and President of Fuzhou Central Sub-branch of PBoC, Director General of SAFE Fujian Branch (he was elected as a member of the standing committee of the 12th Fujian Provincial Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) during his term in the office), and Party Secretary of China National Clearing Center of PBoC.
