Mr. Wang is the Secretary of the CPC Committee of China Micro-Credit Companies Association (CMCA) and President of CMCA. Since 1991, he had served consecutively as Deputy Division Chief, Division Chief, and Deputy Inspector at Agricultural Bank of China, Rural Financial Reform Office of the State Council, People’s Bank of China, China Banking Regulatory Commission, and China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission. He is well versed in regulatory issues concerning rural financial services, rural credit cooperatives, and rural commercial banks, microcredit companies, financing guarantee companies, and regional asset management companies (AMCs). He also has rich practical experiences in trust and securities industries.
