Executive Director of the Board of Directors since June 2020 and Executive Vice President of Bank of China since December 2019. Mr. WANG joined Bank of China in 2019. He served as Executive Director and Executive Vice President of Agricultural Bank of China (“ABC”) from February 2018 to November 2019, and began to serve as Executive Vice President of ABC from December 2013 and as a member of senior management of ABC from December 2011. Mr. WANG graduated from Shannxi Institute of Finance and Economics in 1983, and from Southwestern University of Finance and Economics with a Doctor's Degree in Economics in 2015. He holds the title of Senior Economist.
