Xuemei BAI is a member of the Communist Party of China，holds a Master's Degree in Economics, and is a Senior Economist. She previously worked for the People' s Bank of China headquarters (as Deputy Sector Chief and Sector Chief). China Banking Regulatory Commission (as Deputy Division Director, Division Director，Denuty Counsel), the People' s Government of Tai' an (as Deputy Mayor on attachment) and China Micro-credit Companies Association (as Full-time Vice President and Secretary-General). Since 2019, she has worked for Chongho Bridge Management Limited as Vice President and is in charge of compliance management, brand management, government relations, research, among other responsibilities.
