Mr. Leixuan WANG, Han nationality, was born in June 1975 in Yuncheng County, Shandong Province, and started working in 1997. He earned his master's degree in agricultural and resource economics at Graduate School of Agricultural and Life Sciences, Faculty of Agriculture, the University of Tokyo.

He is the Chief Researcher of Economic Research Division Ⅱ of Norinchukin Research Institute Co., Ltd. and specializes in rural finance and macroeconomics of China and Japan.
