Born in October 1963 in Fuyang District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang, Han nationality, Mr. Wang earned his bachelor’s degree in economics at Xiamen University, majoring in financial accounting.

He was the Deputy Director of Zhejiang Audit Research Training Center, the Section Chief of the Education and Training Section, Personnel Training Division, Zhejiang Provincial Audit Department, the Vice President of People’s Bank of China Tiantai County Sub-Branch, and Deputy Director and Director of the Fixed Asset Investment Audit Division of Zhejiang Provincial Audit Department.
