Mr Jin Xiaolong is the current Party Secretary, Chairman and Legal Representative of Mybank. Graduated in 1994, Mr. Jin earned his Master's degree in Economics from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, and has ever since devoted himself to the SME finance business. Before Mybank , Mr Jin was the president of Online Finance Department and SME Finance Department of PINGAN Bank. He joined Mybank and has successively served as VP, President and Chairman since March 2017.

With his extensive experience in banking business, Mr Jin has managed to accelerate total user growth of Mybank during his term. By June 2022, a sum of 49 million SMEs has benefitted from the banks' SME credit loan service. As a recognition, Mybank was awarded as Global SME Financier of The Year during 2019 Global SME Finance Forum, a world-renowned orgnizaiton initiated by World Bank and G20.
