Dr. Wenjian YU is the Director-General of the Financial Consumer Protection Bureau, People's Bank of China (PBOC). He has served as the head of Survey, Statistics & Research Department of PBOC Shanghai Head Office and the governor or deputy governor of different Province-level Branches of PBOC. He is Ph.D. of Xiamen University in Finance.
