Ph.D. in Sociology. Mr. Cao worked at the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS), China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission (CBIRC), and Chongqing Municipal Finance Office, and was a visiting scholar of the Lien Ying Chow Project at Nanyang Technological University (NTU) from 2016 to 2017. Since 2017, he has been the Vice President for Strategy of Airstar Digital Technology (Xiaomi Consumer Finance), Chief Supervisor of Pudao Credit, and Party Secretary of Xiaomi Consumer Finance.
