Ke Xu, J.D. of University of International Business and Economics (UIBE) and Executive Director of the Digital Economy and Legal Innovation Research Center of UIBE. He has studied or visited the University of California, Berkeley, University of Chicago, and the Institutum Iurisprudentiae Academia Sinica in Taiwan, and was a postdoctoral teaching fellow at Renmin University of China.

His current research areas are cyber law, company law, law and economics, and basic knowledge of civil law.
