Dr. Xiugen Mo currently serves as Deputy Precedent of the Chinese Academy of Financial Inclusion (CAFI) at Remin University of China. He was awarded PhD in Economics by the School of Business of Mississippi State University, and MS in Agricultural, Environmental and Regional Economics by Pennsylvanian State University. His research interesting covers areas of financial Inclusion, rural finance, program and policy impact evaluation, sustainable development, inequality and poverty analysis. He once served as deputy director, deputy director, researcher, director and other positions in county-level, provincial government departments, national and international development organizations. He is the executive editor of the books including China Inclusive Finance Development Report and Beyond Inclusive Finance. He presided over the in-depth evaluation of financial reform pilots in Tiandong in Guangxi, Lishui and Taizhou in Zhejiang, and Taizhou in Jiangsu carried out a number of research program on digital Inclusive Finance, small and micro finance, rural finance, financial health, Rural Revitalization, and issued more than 40 special research reports.
