Mr. Wong have over 20 years experience in communications and public affairs in China. Working with governments, financial institutions, education organizations and NGOs in China, Mr. Wong oversees the company's Corporate Social Responsibility efforts especially financial  inclusion and education, including China Financial Literacy Development Alliance Program and China Financial Inclusion and Education International Demonstration Zone in Northeast China, using Private-Public Partnership model to enable the development of financial inclusion and education in the country.

Prior to joining Visa, Mr. Wong served in management roles in international technology firms like Intel, and Chinese media company in China. In 2017, he received the Dalio Scholarship and went to Harvard Kennedy School for the Executive Leadership Program(ELP).
